We seek to partner with existing service organizations, missionaries, churches and church workers in our host cities. News Release Basketball-Europe is a branch organization that assists in making those connections.
We encourage our European friends to continue to meet even after the News Release Basketball team is gone. We plant self-sustaining fellowship groups, called Hoop Groups, so they may continue to learn, grow and support each other in Christ.
We strategically place players overseas on European teams to serve and minister in a local community year-round, while they are playing and coaching with the local basketball club.
We have full-time staff in Europe, and a European Service Team, to serve and grow News Release Basketball world-wide.
